Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Edmonton, Alberta facility. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard (5–7 business days): $9.95 CAD
Express (2–3 business days): $18.95 CAD
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
International Shipping
We ship worldwide 🌍. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees levied by their destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at nordperfume@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
