Our Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your fragrance, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Gift sets must be returned complete.

How to Return

  1. Email us at nordperfume@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We will email a prepaid return label (Canadian orders) within 1–2 business days.

  3. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location.

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your fragrance for another scent of equal value. Contact our customer care team to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost.
